Why, it seems like just the other day that we showed you Episode 2 of Rooster Teeth’s four-part web series A Simple Walk Into Mordor.
The series is co-distributed by Blip, who previously worked with Rooster Teeth on The Gauntlet.
Now, as the folks at Rooster Teeth and Blip prepare to unleash the second episode on the world later today, Kerry and Chris sit down with TheOneRing.net to chat about their “little” tramp across New Zealand’s North Island.
So, two staff members at Rooster Teeth (the studio that brought us all RED. VS. BLUE) were such big fans of THE LORD OF THE RINGS, that they decided to take the trek from the filming location of the Shire in New Zealand to the filming location of Mordor, and answer that immortal question, “Can one simply walk to Mordor?”
The two twenty-somethings documented their adventure in “A Simple Walk Into Mordor,” a Web series that debuted this week to correspond with the release of Jackson’s adaptation of Tolkien’s “The Hobbit.” Episode two hits RoosterTeeth.com and Blip.com on Friday, with the remaining episodes dropping next week.
Kerry and Chris decided to take The LOTR adventure to the next level, and actually walk from the set of the Shire to Mt. Doom in a new web series called A Simple Walk Into Mordor.”
